have tried in vain to get a replacement xmas present for my grandson.
Call centre not able to get thro, online chat failed sadly. shops cannot goods between shops. Ended up 2hrs later and no contact at all.
Now going back original shop for a refund. Never again will I shop at W H Smiths.
