What a shambolic business this is.
The sheer lack of response from this company over a serious issue with one of their Store Managers at the M&S Franchise Store at the Bristol Royal Infirmary is staggering and to be frank, worrying.
They have no interest in responding to issues even one’s of a concerning nature. I now have to contact the Trading Standards and the Retail Ombudsman to make an official complaint.
M&S, how can you give Franchises to such an incompetent mob like WH Smith.
I would recommend that you never spend money in this M&S store at the Bristol Royal Infirmary and certainly don’t work for this Manager who should not be allowed anywhere near the management of young people.
WH Smith, you are a disgrace!
