BARRY BRANCH. Now THAT was surprising! I have been in so many W H Smith branches that seem tired and cluttered, but last week was a REVELATION! I called in to the Barry branch and wa struck by how clean, tidy and pleasant it is. Stock was nicely displayed, but the best part was the pleasant welcome from the staff. FULL MARKS TO THE BARRY STAFF. Now, W H Smith, This is how all of your branches should look.
