We wanted to keep our car just for an additional two days when we decided to extend our holiday. The company insisted on us taking the car back (two hour round trip) and when we did this didn’t allow us to take out another vehicle with them. This is despite their own terms and conditions stipulating that a late fee applies to cars returned late, which we told them we were happy to pay. They then tried their hardest to find fault with the car, which we had evidence to prove was returned in exactly the same condition as received. Terrible company -do not book with them. Went out of their way to cut off their nose to spite their face; all we wanted was the car for two more days.
