The worst rentalcars I never used
Never lived a such dramatic customer experience. An arrognat young employee treat me bad then demand my excuse otherwise he wouldn't have given me the car. No possible talk with a manager! Then two colleagues help her! I was forced to say that I would go to the police to get my car.
Over this a car not similar to the one booked, old of 48.000 km, and if you make a scratch of 2 mm (yes millimeters!) you have to pay! A nightmare
