Poor Customer Service.
My daughter emailed to say out flight had been delayed into Ibiza. It states that if you are after 11 pm there will be additional charges. Fine. However when we arrived just after 11 pm there was no one or no car at the collection point.
My daughter has a disability and this was a disaster. The office did not respond to telephone calls or email VERY POOR customer service. Avoid at all costs . We ended up getting a taxi to our hotel. 😡
