I'd booked 7 day car hire.... We travelled from Málaga airport to nerja... The wasn't right, by the time we got near our villa the car cut out and was smoking.
We had to walk with our baby and lots of luggage to our villa. Had to wait for breakdown to recover. Turns out it was an electric fault and clutch. This put no trust into the company so I was reluctant in having another car. It had impacted our holiday on day 1. I had a refund which wasn't even half of what I paid. Essentially I should be charged for a couple of hours max.... I'd be happy with a day... I emailed a complaint in to advise I'm not happy with the refund amount I get a standard response we've review and be in touch... I went away first week of June ... We're now in August and I still don't have additional funds. STAY CLEAR of this company at all costs, zero customer service.
