- Our car stopped worked
- It took almost 3 hours to get in contact with them
- They would take over 5 hours to rescue us, we were in a dangerous road, without light, water or food
- They didn't send a taxi to us
- We paid expensive taxis
- They don't really our emails
- Poor service
