This was a very dissapointing experience for me. I ordered once before-no problem. This time it has been over one month and NO WORD, AND UNABLE TO CONTACT AS WELL. My grandson has still not received his gifts, or cards with no word from the site as well. I followed up to see what the problemwas and no response. It is as though the entire transaction never took place. My great grandsons birthday is important to us but apparently not to Wicked Uncle. NO DELIVERY - NO EXPLANATION NO REFUND N O T H I N G!!!
