order for a kitchen turned up on time missing plinths hob wrong sink put all the units together to find 1 unit was missing a laminated strip down the edge of 1 off the doors. phoned to get the worktop templated. Waited 1/2 an hour on the phone just to be cut off then waited 45 minutes to be told they will contact me in 48 hours 4 days later I still have not herd from them. kitchen arrived in September if we are very lucky me might have the kitchen worktops by Christmas.
