Poor customers services.
Purchased a hose reel and found parts missing,contacted customers services on the 05/06/16,I had no contact till the 08/06/16 asking to supply details of missing parts.I replied with full details same day.
No contact from customers services so contacted customers relations on the 10/06/16 they replied saying they would get it sorted.
Still no contact from wicks so email customers relations again,received reply 14/06/16 saying they had sent all details to the manager at customers services to receive a speedy reply.
This is not what you expect from a large company
