What an awful customer service, very poor communication and lack of understanding. Do not use this company. The kitchen staff-sales in Folkestone needs proper customer service training.
Our dream kitchen become our nightmare. After so many calls, e-mails and wrong deliveries finally our kitchen was finalized and completed in August.
This is the worse experience we have ever had with any company. Over two months dealing with such an incompetent staff.
