We had a new kitchen installed in October 2024 and are now going round in circles with Wickes. Many issues with the installer, he stole from us, attempted to charge us an additional £210 for work that hadn’t been done, didn’t communicate well about the time he would or wouldn’t be working, and left many issues that could have been avoided. All the above led to us to lack trust in the installer. Wickes customer relations team took on our complaint but unfortunately the handler is rude and speaks to me as though I am the problem. Now 3 months on and we are no further forward to a resolution. Despite having a good experience with the design consultant I would not recommend purchasing anything through Wickes.
