Laminate flooring order was delivered badly damaged and unusable. Looked like it had literally been thrown about the warehouse or van. It took two phone calls and one email to cancel the order and arrange collection. Refund was confirmed but I was being charged for the delivery. They advised the items could have been damaged in transit and that it wasn’t their fault. Called again to request refund of my delivery charge which they did as a “gesture of goodwill”. No concern at all that I had been inconvenienced and my project delayed. No longer valued as a customer and will happily spend with their competitors from now on.
