I ordered a lot of materials to strip out and fit a new bathroom. I was given a delivery date and time, and sadly, the items did no turn up.
What did turn up was an email saying the delivery had been made, along with a signature.
I've gone through customer services, which could only email the shop to find out what was going on. I'm still waiting for call backs regarding where my items are, and what they're going to do about this situation.
