The online customer service is a disgrace. I ordered £350-400 worth of goods and I had all sorts of issues. I discovered a few weeks later that 1 product was damaged but when contacting Wickes customer service, they said I'd passed the 30 days in which to report a fault. Nowhere does it mention 30 days. I placed the order over the phone (no mention of 30 days) and I never got a receipt for my goods sent out to me (nothing in writing to mention 30 days). I spoke to my local store who knew nothing about 30 days and they said you have 6 months to bring anything back to store but your statutory rights are 12 months. I had to email the managing director to get my issue resolved. The online email address for queries/complaints is a total disgrace. They are slow to respond and are dismissive.
