Delivering our bathroom furniture turned in to a night mare, firstly we where told we could arrange delivery for £25 which we did, we where then told that we couldn't have this (after we paid) due to ordering on finance (WTF) This took a week to sort out!!! Once the furniture FINALLY got delivered the drivers accidentally hit our ceiling and caused substantial damage to the plaster. These things happen Why has it taken 13 weeks AND Counting to arrange the compensation to sort this issue out WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER why is their no 0 out of 5 option !!!
