Some 3 weeks ago, we made an appointment to see Adam, a kitchen designer, today at 11.00am.
We arrived early (10.45am) and were asked if would mind waiting in the kitchen display area for a few minutes, until Adam arrived.
This was not an issue, so, we spent the time wandering the store looking primarily at the worktop, always the most difficult part of the operation.
We saw Adam arrive, a couple of minutes after 11.00am
By 11.10am, we were still waiting
The design suite was empty, as it had been since just before 11.00am.
Not one member of staff had taken the initiative and approached us to find out what we were wanting.
We were just studiously ignored
We left.
Our business will go elsewhere.
