I purchased laminate flooring suitable for a bathroom. It was guaranteed for 15 years. After 11 months it became 'blown' and I began a complaint with Wickes Hall green. After 18 months and jumping through numerous hoops (inc the manufacturer themselves) we have been refused a refund (value approx£100).
Buyer beware at Wickes. Their customer service etc is appalling. I would certainly never purchase again from Wickes. Shocking service. I would also give no star if that was an option.
