Very disappointed with terrible service in Hereford today. Staff had zero knowledge of products. They said to stop talking when asked a question - misogynistic response to a woman having sufficient information to know they were talking rubbish - and they justified rudeness by saying the manager had told them to just read the tin if asked for advice. I can manage that for myself.
