have never ever endured such bad customer service from a company, you have had many opportunities to recover from the failed delivery but I have been completely let down at all stages.
Customer services take a full day to respond to an email and when they do reply it's just to say someone will call you shortly. That call never comes.
Delivery was due 30/05/2019 and i'm still waiting after daily chasing.
They reply quicker to trust pilot reviews than their actual customer service emails. Still waiting for a phone call that i was promised over an hour ago.
