My order has been cancelled. I was not informed that it was cancelled. Money has been taken from my account but has not been credited back. Its more than 1k. From more than 2 weeks, we are trying to contact but no response through Contact us form and simply cannot reach Customer Service.
Annoyed and frustrated.
