Wickes aren't willing to accept they can't cover the demand but refuse to stop taking orders because they care more about money than customers.
I waited 4 weeks for my order and then 40% of it didn't turn up. The delivery guy told me they load whatever is available on the day so it's a lottery what you get if anything at all.
Complain to customer service? They automatically respond to emails telling you to phone instead. The phone number is almost always engaged, when I got through I waited for over an hour to be told they'd escalate it to the store who'd call me in 5hrs, the store didn't call and when I called the store there's no answer.
