Over 2 orders I have spent 4 days waiting in and 5+ hours waiting on the phone. Ridiculous! And they won't even compensate me now!
The first order arrived over 3 separate days and 4 separate phone calls.
The second time I decided to pay the extra delivery charge to ensure everything would arrive on time. Guess what? It didn't! Luckily my wife was off sick the following day to take delivery. No warning at all!
Customer services originally agreed I would be given a 10% discount due to the sheer amount of my time being wasted. Now they've changed their tune and won't even refund my extra delivery charges I paid for it not to arrive on time.
What a joke! Never again!
