Customer service was ok. My pipe didn't send the first time even though I was charged for it. I was able to contact WickiePipes to get it fixed and the guy on the phone was understanding, well-spoken, and easy to work with. I just wish the issue wouldn't have happened in the first place so it would have been on time for Christmas.
