“I placed my order on 11/21/24 and as of 12/6/24 it hasn’t shipped therefore I emailed them and the reply was they are behind in shipping, whatever that means. I then reached out again a few days later asking for a refund and got no response so I had to call the credit card company and I was issued a full refund. The website claims 2-5 days shipping.”
“I ordered a pipe 6 weeks ago, got a confirmation which said they would let me know when it shipped which was supposed to be 2-5 days. Never got word. E-mailed them twice and left a VM. I have never received my pipe.”
“Ordered on 6/25/24. Got acknowledgement of order. Supposed to deliver in 2 to 5 days. Never received. Sent numerous emails requesting status - no reply. Left voicemail messages - no reply. Can't comment on customer service because there isn't any. BTW it's now 7/12. Would give zero stars but not an option. Go somewhere else.”
