“Buyer beware. They may have nice pipes but their shipping and Customer Service are horrible. First don't expect any tracking information basically so they can move in slow motion. If they give you a tracking number that would mean it was actually shipped. Also they don't tell you up front if something is back ordered. The Customer Services holds your item if you don't use "please" and "thank you" even though their the reason you even have to talk to them. Look at all the nice pipes and good luck getting one in any reasonable time. Oh yes I am still waiting”

Like many who have left reviews, I attempted to contact Wickie Pipes via email and left two telephone messages without any follow up from a customer service rep. I will call my credit card company tomorrow to rescind payment. I don’t know how they stay business, but I do know that I will never do business with WickiePipes again.”

“Do yourself a favor and stay far away from WikiPipes. It’s been over a MONTH past my expected delivery date, and there’s been absolutely no communication from them. I’ve reached out multiple times, and their customer service is an absolute joke – slow responses, no useful information, and nothing but empty excuses.
At this point, I’m convinced this is nothing but a scam operation. They take your money, promise you a product, and then disappear. I regret not doing more research before ordering from them.
If you’re thinking about doing business with WikiPipes, don’t. It’s a waste of time and money, and you’ll be left wondering if you’ll ever see your order—or your money—again.”
“I placed my order on 11/21/24 and as of 12/6/24 it hasn’t shipped therefore I emailed them and the reply was they are behind in shipping, whatever that means. I then reached out again a few days later asking for a refund and got no response so I had to call the credit card company and I was issued a full refund. The website claims 2-5 days shipping.”
