I was able to contact WickiePipes to get it fixed and the guy on the phone was understanding, well-spoken, and easy to work with. I just wish the issue wouldn't have happened in the first place so it would have been on time for Christmas.”

“It works and I like it. Only complaint is the mouthpiece is a little too big, or too small. To small to put you lips inside and make a complete seal. Too big to put your lips on the outside. Fix the mouthpiece and I have no complaints.”

I got a alert that my items were delivered & when I checked there were no items. 2 hours later there was a knock on the door & a neighbor 3 blocks away gave me my package & said it was delivered to the wrong address.”
