“DO NOT order from them!!!
I ordered from them over 5 months ago and still have not received my order. Got a couple responses saying the order was delayed and promised shipping dates twice and no product received!”
“Do yourself a favor and stay far away from WikiPipes. It’s been over a MONTH past my expected delivery date, and there’s been absolutely no communication from them. I’ve reached out multiple times, and their customer service is an absolute joke – slow responses, no useful information, and nothing but empty excuses.
At this point, I’m convinced this is nothing but a scam operation. They take your money, promise you a product, and then disappear. I regret not doing more research before ordering from them.
If you’re thinking about doing business with WikiPipes, don’t. It’s a waste of time and money, and you’ll be left wondering if you’ll ever see your order—or your money—again.”
“I placed my order on 11/21/24 and as of 12/6/24 it hasn’t shipped therefore I emailed them and the reply was they are behind in shipping, whatever that means. I then reached out again a few days later asking for a refund and got no response so I had to call the credit card company and I was issued a full refund. The website claims 2-5 days shipping.”
“I ordered a pipe 6 weeks ago, got a confirmation which said they would let me know when it shipped which was supposed to be 2-5 days. Never got word. E-mailed them twice and left a VM. I have never received my pipe.”
“Ordered on 6/25/24. Got acknowledgement of order. Supposed to deliver in 2 to 5 days. Never received. Sent numerous emails requesting status - no reply. Left voicemail messages - no reply. Can't comment on customer service because there isn't any. BTW it's now 7/12. Would give zero stars but not an option. Go somewhere else.”
“The pipe did not fit properly as the bowl/stem did not snap into place as it should.
Customer service was notified and we will send it back for a refund.
Apparently, the whole shipment was defective.”
“Wickie pipes needs to have much better quality control of their products. I had been given 1 of these pipes before and i'm disgusted with the condition and quality of the workmanship on the latest pipe i brought. I have taken photos of the latest (gunmetal) pipe and compared to the (silver)pipe which i was given it's sub standard.”

It has one and it's small...
That said if it's actually ti it's a nice piece but I'm doubtful after the inaccurate description and failure of the company to return my emails or calls.”
“Item did not match picture as advertised for one so it's kinda like false advertisement. Secondly I ordered early on a Saturday morning spent the extra 10 dollars for 2 day shipping and it still failed to show up for a full week. If I knew both were going to be the case I would have gave someone else my business.”
“I cannot recommend WickiePipes. WickiePipes is a bait-and-switch company. I ordered what was clearly advertised on their website as an 8” pipe and what they sent me was an overpriced 4” pipe. I won’t do business with this or any company that misrepresents the products they sell.”
