My credit card for $189 was quickly processed, but I have yet to receive the order that I placed well over 6 weeks ago. Like many who have left reviews, I attempted to contact Wickie Pipes via email and left two telephone messages without any follow up from a customer service rep. I will call my credit card company tomorrow to rescind payment. I don’t know how they stay business, but I do know that I will never do business with WickiePipes again.
