I placed my order on 11/21/24 and as of 12/6/24 it hasn’t shipped therefore I emailed them and the reply was they are behind in shipping, whatever that means. I then reached out again a few days later asking for a refund and got no response so I had to call the credit card company and I was issued a full refund. The website claims 2-5 days shipping.
