Going to The isle of wright I booked already and I said I need space for the lift as wheelchair user when I got there I wasn’t allowed and the wheelchair user had to go as a foot passenger on the ferry which I did not think was nice as I explained in the email and there was no help or anybody around so the first part of journey was nightmare but on the way back all was ok
