“NO ONE AT WIGHTLINK ANSWERS THE TELEPHONE WHEN YOU RING THEIR TELEPHONE NUMBER YOU ARE CONSTANTLY IN A QUEUE VERY POOR SERVICE FROM WIGHTLINK I HAVE USED WIGHTLINK FOR OVER 35 YEARS FOR CAR FERRY SERVICES. I HAVE SPENT THOUSANDS OF POUNDS WITH THIS COMPANY. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER RECEIVED FROM WIGHTLINK I AM STILL WAITING NOW. I HAVE EVEN EMAILED THEIR CEO KATY TAYLOR AND I HAVE RECEIVED NO REPLY. VERY DISAPPOINTING AND FRUSTRATING SERVICE FROM WIGHTLINK I ALSO ENDED UP PAYING £2.60 MORE FOR MY FERRY CROSSING DUE TO WIGHTLINK PROMOTION CODES NOT WORKING DUE TO ANOTHER OFFER SUNSET FLYER BLOCKING THE OFFERS.”

“Caught the st Claire today at 12 o clock but was 25 minutes late only to be shouted at by a Chinese looking guy when I boarded the ship, not good customer service, and don't expect to be shouted at to stay in my car, which I new anyway, the guy was rude and arrogant”

“I was a foot passenger with limited ability, 2 dogs and a HUGE bag, travelling from Yarmouth to Lymington Sunday 26th May 2024. I cannot thank the Crew enough for their assistance getting on and off the Wight Sky on this journey. I was treated with the utmost courtesy from embarkation to demarcation, at each point one crew taking on the bag to the next crew member at each stage of the process. Being pulled down the few steps towards the lift by my enthusiastic large dog didn’t help! The Crew were AMAZING. Please ensure they get this message. I’ll be a fairly frequent traveller to the IoW, but hope to be less of a burden in future. THANK YOU ALL.”

“A very busy bank holiday weekend but travelling home on Wightlink was excellent. The staff were calm, polite and very organised having to deal with difficult customers but everything ran smoothly so just wanted to say well done to everyone.”
