Was very impressed. Booking was clear, quick, and easy. Drove up to the check in area and delighted that (I assume) number plate recognition was used so no need to scan QR codes the attendant already knew who we were and directed us to the lane. Got out and night a good cup of coffee on the cafe whilst watching the boat dock. Getting in board was well organised and efficient and the boat departed and arrived in time. Disembarking was efficient. What more can you ask? Trip out we were up to and all was great. On the way back it was too cold and the dog area was pretty packed and noisy so not ideal, but hey, it's a 35 min trip. All round, top marks from me
