A company that usually delivers a good service but let down on this return service by apathetic staff( not a majority) . Catering services were late opening on the outbound service and the check in person was not at all interested as to whether we could catch an earlier return service from Fishbourne to that booked. This was however rectified by a staff change over! Great new ferries though!
