Well organised at each terminal. There are less delays with vehicle auto recognition. On-board facilities
are good. Service at the refreshments was a bit slow and the staff serving were not that welcoming, to be honest. Also the self-service drinks facility atFishbourne left a bit to be desired
However,both, out and return journies went well operationally and that is the main thing. I noticed some improvements to the terminals which was good.
