It would have been 5 stars but you don’t take cash on your ferries, which I think is appalling. 2 million people in the UK don’t have a bank account. How are they supposed to buy refreshments on your ferries? What if a little kid wants to use his pocket money, or his parents send him to the kiosk? Do they need a bank card too?
