Not impressed with the new system /barriers at Portsmouth when we arrived there was a long queue, just don’t see the point when you then have a human telling you which lane to get in.
One improvement is definitely the upgrade of the interiors of the boats and the cafes.
On returning the journey was much better just like the old days.
