Straightforward process booking the car ferry from Portsmouth to Fishbourne online. I had to make an amendment and this was very easy to change by logging back and I received an instant email confirming the change. Queuing at the port and cars loading on and off the ferry were organised. We enjoyed our experience on the passenger deck, via a stairway or lift. Plenty of space up there with occasional seating and tables and chairs. There is food and drink readily available from the cafe and adequate restrooms. Overall an enjoyable and trouble-free experience travelling to the Isle of Wight.
