Everything about the Wightlink experience was really good. The staff. Cleanliness. Smooth running. Ease of embarking and disembarking. Etc.
It’s the price that dropped it from 5 star to 2 star. For a short journey, especially in high season, it is astronomical unless you want to travel at stupid o clock. We love the Isle of Wight but what we spent on the ferry we could have had a long weekend somewhere. You are pricing yourselves out of business.
