Horrendous traffic caused us to 'miss' our booked ferry by about 20 minutes but the staff just told us to get in a numbered line and we had a nice hot drink while we waited for the 'next' ferry.... it came and we were actually the first car let on,.... and at the other end (on the island) we were first off too ;-).... Staff were all helpful and eased our stress at being 'late' ;-)
