Easy to use, friendly website; lots of sailings available, kept updated beforehand and reminders sent. On the day we came a bit early and were lucky enough to catch an earlier sailing which was good as it's not easy to predict the traffic to the port on the day. Although all the sailing documents were available it was a breeze to go through as it was all automated and yet very people orientated which was good to know. Just so simple!
