Great customer service. Boarding was very fast and they let us on an earlier ferry because we arrived too early. One star lost because we were told to park next to a pillar on the ferry and I couldn't get out of the passenger door. Otherwise everything worked well and the passenger lounges were clean and had plenty of seats.
