Our booked ferry had to be taken out of service. Given 24 hours notice of re-arranged booking time. Only negative was that wrong contact telephone number was provided in text message! Had to look at orginal booking form to find a telephone number which after 16 mins was not answered, so assumed text message was all ok, which it was.
