My Mum lives on the Isle of Wight and I would like to visit her every 4 - 6 weeks.
The Wightlink service is very good (I have experience of some delays) the facilities cover everyones needs, the staff are helpful and the organisation is very well timed and managed.
However, the prices do not allow me to visit as often as I would like.
It is the biggest problem with the service.
