We travelled to the Isle of Wight from Portsmouth this week on a day trip. We found Wightlink to be very efficient and friendly and the experience was very slick. There was no play area on the ships this year which was disappointing but as the journey is relatively short with plenty to see during the crossing, it was not too much of a problem. There was a good variety of food and drink to purchase in the shop.
