Very easy and quick boarding from Portsmouth. Ferry is very clean (including toilets!) and comfortable seats, has a small kids play area which was good. Ferry was delayed from fishbourne but staff were very polite and apologetic. They gave a clear explanation of what time we would be boarding and the captain was apologetic over tannoy. Very pleasant travelling experience.
