Your staff are a credit to your company they were so helpful , firstly we miss our ferry due to M25 then on our return journey we got there early because my emails stop coming through while on the isle of Wight so the person on the barrier to ferry was very helpful in checking my booking even getting on me on the earlier ferry home thanks .
