Unfortunately our last trip with Wightlink was not as good as previous trips - and I used to travel monthly to visit relatives.
There was a lack of passenger information, including updating the information boards which kept saying no disruption when we were way past the boarding time.
Staff were reluctant (even seeming scared) to approach passengers to offer inforamation.
There is a distinct lack of facilities when travelling with dogs at busy times and the weather is bad with now assistance from staff onboard.
