Generally very good service between the Island and the Mainland. The cost is rather prohibitive unfortunately but if you have time to search around different deals..... book early.... use more unsociable sailings you can often make it bearable :-)
Majority of staff no matter what their role, are really friendly and helpful, no matter what your query might be. Like life, there will be the occasional awkward one but the rest more than make up for it :-)
