Excellent service !- we booked a disabled passage and were very pleased with the prompt and efficient way this was dealt with. Everyone we spoke to on both crossings was polite and helpful . We did have our first crossing cancelled but we were placed on another ferry an hour later and the disabled facility was put in place with no bother whatsoever. Would have liked a little bit more notice that it had been changed but I think the technical issue meant they themselves didn’t have time to contact any earlier so nobody’s fault . Would thoroughly recommend Wightlink.
